All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
We offer in-person delivery for local purchases in Palm Beach County, Florida.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SLIDETHRUFL.COM does not currently ship outside the United States and as such, is not liable for customs duties and taxes.
If you have a product break in transit, take photos of the package it was shipped in and inside of the package where the broken product is. Send these photos to Slidethru.LLC@gmail.com and let us know what product was broken. Once we have this information, we will ship you a replacement ASAP.
